Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
Jordi Mateu Morató is the RESPONSIBLE for the processing of the USER’s personal data, and informs that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
What do we process your personal data for and why do we do it?
Depending on the form in which your personal data was obtained, it will be treated confidentially for the following purposes:

How long will we keep your personal data?
The data will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing, or as long as there are legal obligations that dictate its custody.
When it is no longer necessary for these purposes, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to guarantee its anonymization or total destruction.
To whom will we provide personal data?
No communication of personal data to third parties is planned, except if it is necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, or to service providers related to communications and management of the website, with whom the RESPONSIBLE has signed the corresponding confidentiality and data processing contracts, in accordance with current regulations on privacy.
What are your rights?
The rights that the USER has are the following:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, and limitation or opposition to its processing.
- Right to file a complaint with the control authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
USERS, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact or request forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to respond to their request, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE is truthful and undertakes to communicate any modification thereof.
The RESPONSIBLE informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the user. If all data is not provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services offered will fully meet your needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and especially with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, by which the data are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the interested party, and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of users, and has provided them with adequate information so that they can exercise them.
