and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), in relation to Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3\/2018, of December 5, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), it is mandatory to obtain the express consent of the user of all web pages that use non-necessary cookies, before they begin browsing there.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>WHAT ARE COOKIES?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Cookies and other similar technologies such as local shared objects, flash cookies or pixels, are tools used by web servers to store and retrieve information about visitors, as well as to ensure the correct functioning of the website.<\/p>\n\n<p>Through the use of these devices, the web server can personal preferences and choices (retargeting) to show adapted advertising.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social cookies: set by social media platforms to allow sharing of content or tracking of activity outside the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affiliate cookies: allow you to track visits from other websites with which there is an affiliation contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security cookies: they store encrypted information to prevent unauthorized access or malicious attacks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ACCORDING TO THE PROPERTY<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Own cookies: sent to the user&#8217;s device from a domain managed by the website editor itself.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Third-party cookies: sent from a domain managed by another entity that processes the data obtained through cookies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ACCORDING TO THE STORAGE PERIOD<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Session cookies: they collect and store data while the user accesses the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Persistent cookies: they keep data on the device for a period
